Maternity Nursing
This service aims to supports mothers when they arrive home from the hospital with their newborn baby. Bookings can range from a few weeks to a few months postpartum and this service includes 24 hour care or night time care of the infant while mothers aim to get some rest.

Post-partum home visits
Postpartum visits by a Doula can be helpful in addressing any questions you might have when you bring your baby home. This service is useful for first time parents who want to learn the basics such as: swaddling, basic care and bathing of baby, cot safety, sterilization and milk storage, as well as addressing any breastfeeding issues such as latching and feeding positions. Visits can last up to 2 hours and can be booked as a once off visit or in packages of up to 3 visits.

Sleep Training (Babies aged 6-18 months)
Childcare is deeply personal and each family is different in terms of family structure and views on how to get your family life balanced in order to create the happy home you and your baby need. If you feel that you have tried everything, and need professional, hands on advice, then having someone experienced come in to work with your baby may be the answer for you family. Sleep training typically takes 5 to 10 nights. Be sure to book in advance.

Sleep Consultation
30mins to 1 hour sleep consultations via zoom or phone call discussing the issues you are facing and professional advice on how to bring about a positive change.

Sleep Consultation + Coaching package
Consists of two phone consultations and 2 weeks online coaching support. The first call is to discuss what issues you are facing and to set up a plan to bring about a positive change in your baby’s nap and night time sleep , 2 weeks’ online support in order to answer any questions that might come up as you begin to implement the changes discussed. The last call is at the end of the coaching period where we aim to discuss the progress you have made and to set up a plan for any developmental changes that may cause your baby to regress going forward. Each call is limited to one hour and coaching support is available Mondays to Fridays during business hours.
